It is an honor to have worked with Vicky...from her proactive approach to her authentic and caring attitude, Vicky is a business professional of integrity and comes highly recommended!
Vicky was a very professional and capable leader and built a very strong team. She is creative and is the kind of person you can depend on when the job needs to get done.
In working with Vicky, I have found her to be energetic, enthusiastic, and a real expert in the field of employee benefits. What stands out most about Vicky is her singular focus on finding the best solution for her clients.
I’m the owner of a small business navigating the “new normal” as it relates to HR, benefits, etc. The peace of mind that I have after having someone direct me appropriately is amazing. The importance of someone just listening to my frustration and taking the time to talk me though my options is the group I want on my side! This is something we all need!
My husband used the $10 Teladoc when he had a sinus infection and got an RX called in for antibiotics. It only cost $10 for the doctor call and $13 for the RX! We are so happy!
…The My360 platform made it simple and affordable to build an LMS that was flexible enough for managers, office employees and field workers. The partnership produced a Company training program that was created and ready to launch in about 90 days…
Meet Vicky Watts
Founder & Managing Partner | My360 Benefits
Vicky Watts grew up on a farm in Alabama, where she learned to drive a tractor before she could drive a car. Her career has since taken her into the fast-moving business worlds of Silicon Valley and Atlanta, but the farm’s lessons (hard work, determination, and practical problem-solving) still shape how she leads. In boots and jeans or business attire, she brings the same down-to-earth approach to every relationship.
Vicky has spent more than 25 years in financial services. Early on, she was mentored by some of the nation’s top benefits producers while building a deep background in financial services, real estate, and business development. She served as Vice President of a real estate marketing company and, as a mortgage banker, recruited, trained, and managed a national network of more than 2,000 agents.
Licensed in Life and Health Insurance since 2003, she moved into employee benefits brokerage in 2012. Since then she has helped employers build benefits programs that work, while teaching employees what their coverage offers so more of them take part.
She founded My360 Benefits on one belief: small and midsize businesses deserve the same expertise, personal service, and cost-saving opportunities as large organizations. Her mission is to take the complexity out of employee benefits, find solutions that make financial sense, and help employers make confident, informed decisions.
Vicky sees the big picture without losing sight of the details. She’s proactive and solutions-minded, leads by example, and stays personally involved through every step of the benefits process, which is how her partnerships last.
She has held professional licenses in more than 40 states and has pursued university studies and professional certifications in Legal Studies, Real Estate Mapping, Business, and Financial Services. Outside of work, she gives back through hands-on and leadership roles with local and international service and networking organizations.
For Vicky, employee benefits are about more than policies and premiums. They’re about protecting people, strengthening businesses, and building relationships that last.
